      Pigmentation and Age Spots: it is imperative that you wear an effective sun block with a minimum 25 SPF .Pigmentation and age spots are a result of excess melanin produced by over exposure to the sun. Alternately, you can mix a teaspoon of white vinegar with an equal amount of water. Dab it with cotton wool and apply it all over. This will even skin tone as well as fade age spots.
